DANIEL CARIDI

I am a photographer that has fallen in love with the analog medium. Being a pretty nostalgic guy, I love seeing the beautiful in the mundane. My subject matter is largely centred around the suburbs of Melbourne, I try to focus on the things and places that most people just walk or drive passed without a second thought. I love to find beauty everywhere, especially those places that are easily overlooked. In shooting this style of photography I have found over the years that a lot of these places have been pulled down, removed or covered up, never to be seen again. So I feel privileged to have captured them when I did.
